Every vault we build is a reflection of precision, artistry, and rugged durability. At Vintage Iron Designs, we follow a meticulous, hands-on process to ensure each display vault is as functional as it is visually striking:

• We cut, bend, and weld heavy-duty steel into our signature round frame. Every joint is reinforced, and surfaces are ground smooth to perfection. The raw frame is then treated to resist corrosion before its signature brushed silver finish is applied.
• Both front and rear 3/8" thick Polycarbonate panels are cut and fitted to snugly seat into the steel frame. The 3/8" thick glass shelves are also precision-cut and installed with secure mounting for maximum strength and visibility.
• Industrial-grade caster wheels—two with locking mechanisms—are bolted to the base, providing ease of movement without sacrificing stability. We run final checks for balance, clearance, and finish quality.
• Your vault is hand-cleaned, padded, and crated for delivery. We arrange insured freight shipping and include setup instructions for a smooth unboxing experience.

Our display vaults are built to withstand the test of time—both structurally and stylistically. At Vintage Iron Designs, we use only premium, industrial-grade materials chosen for their durability, strength, and visual appeal.

• The backbone of each vault is crafted from high-quality cold-rolled steel, precision-cut and welded by hand. This material offers exceptional strength and rigidity while maintaining a clean, modern industrial look with a brushed silver finish.
• Both the front and rear viewing panels, along with the interior shelves, are made from ½-inch thick tempered glass. Each piece is cut to fit and edge-polished for a smooth, safe finish. Tempered glass is 4–5 times stronger than standard glass and is designed to resist breakage under pressure.
• The three internal glass shelves are weight-rated to hold up to 50 lbs each. They allow full visibility from both sides and create a floating effect that adds elegance to your display.
• Each vault sits on commercial-grade caster wheels—two of which lock securely in place. These allow for easy repositioning without compromising the vault’s 500-lb structural stability.
• All steel components are sealed with a clear protective coating to resist rust and wear. Optional upgrades include powder-coated color finishes, built-in LED lighting, and custom shelf configurations.

Whether you're picking up your purchase or having it delivered, our team ensures safe and timely service to meet your needs.

Pickup

If you prefer to pick up your vault in person, simply schedule a pickup time with us. Our staff will assist you with loading your purchase safely for transport. Pickup is available during our regular business hours, and our team will guide you through the process for a smooth experience.
